Lewis Strauss published this autobiography in 1963, several years after he had moved on from the AEC and after the Senate had rejected his nomination to the Department of Commerce.  Strauss puts forward his perspective on a number of important issues including the Oppenheimer case, atoms for peace, and nuclear cooperation with the United Kingdom. This collection captures several Strauss perspective on these key issues by showcasing key quotes which are then contexualised, examined and debated in other articles on this site.
