The US Dual-Use Initiative meeting took place, chaired by Carl Thorne. The main purpose was to distribute the Chairman's report on the previous working group session. The next meeting is scheduled to be hosted by Belgium in Brussels from June 25 to 27, and detailed arrangements will be provided by the Belgians. Participants were requested to submit their delegation lists before June 17. The meeting in Brussels will focus on issues 4 and 5 of the working group mandate, exploring three potential implementation mechanisms. Carl mentioned that after Brussels, the following meeting might be held in September.
